Located in the south part of the city, this hotel presents 80 luxurious rooms that have been prepped to the highest standard with multimedia equipment, Wi-Fi access, air conditioning and plenty more; the staff are more than happy to assist you with any questions and provide guides and advice to the perfect spots around Krakow so you can get the best out of your stay.
It's not central to the old city but trams right outside will take you in to the castle, the Jewish quarter, Schindler's factory, the Florian gate and the market square - and back two stops after Tesco (Additionally, they are really cheap at 18 zloty for 72 hours unlimited travel on trams and buses in zone 1.There is a tram stop called Centrum Kongresowe ICE where you can pick up a 252 bus to the airport for an additional 4 zloty!) The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were great and the room was very big, spotlessly clean and with a fabulous shower in the en-suite. There was an equally good shower in the basement with the pool and spa. Towels, shampoo and hairdryers are all provided. I agree that some drink making facilities would have been nice but that wasn't a problem, neither was the Wi-Fi which was only available downstairs. It's good to have a break.
We spent two nights here coming to Krakow to see the Christmas markets. There is so much to love about this hotel. Our room was spacious, the chair turned into a bed for our toddler to sleep on. The trams provide easy access to city center. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of choice although they did not refill quickly. Both mornings I asked the wait staff to please refill something I needed. Eggs, beans, eggplant, wide variety of fruits, cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs, juices, tea, coffee, bread, jams, Nutella, milk... Lots of food options. Meats and cheeses too. Front desk staff was very helpful with directions and calling taxis as needed. We had the swimming pool all to ourselves both days. It was nice warm water. Jacuzzi costs extra so we didn't use it. Worth every penny and would stay here again if given the option. Oh, stay in an odd numbered room on the first floor if you want wifi. We had it great in room 101.
